We accept photos and videos via text, email, or popular file-sharing services like Dropbox or Google Drive. We’ll chat and choose the method that works best for you and your specific project—no stress, no tech headaches.

Yes! Every project includes one round of revisions so you can request small changes or tweaks after delivery. If you need more extensive updates, we’ll talk through options to make sure you’re completely happy with the final product.
Pamela utilizes industry-standard software for all video and audio editing projects, primarily Final Cut Pro. These tools allow for high-quality production and customization tailored to your specific needs. Final files will be delivered in the format best suited for your platform—whether that’s YouTube, social media, podcast hosting, or personal sharing.

Turnaround time depends on the scope of your project, but most video and audio edits are completed within 5–10 business days. If you have a tight deadline or a special request, just let me know—I’ll do my best to accommodate your timeline.

Not at all! Many clients come to me with just an idea or a folder of clips. I’ll help you shape the concept and suggest a flow that fits your message or memory. You don’t need to have it all figured out—just bring what you have, and we’ll go from there.

Pricing varies depending on the length, type, and complexity of your project. After we chat about what you need, I’ll provide a clear quote with no surprises. Small memory videos and podcast episodes start at very accessible rates.

You can send phone videos, voice memos, photos, podcast recordings, Zoom calls, and more. I also accept physical photos for scanning on a case-by-case basis—just reach out to discuss the project first. If you choose to mail in originals, return shipping costs will be added to your final invoice.
