Question 1

How do I get my pictures and videos to you for editing?

Accepted Answer

You can send photos and videos via text, email, or popular file-sharing services like Dropbox or Google Drive. We’ll chat and choose the method that works best for you and your specific project—no stress, no tech headaches.

Question 2

Can I request revisions after my video or audio project is complete?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every project includes one round of revisions so you can request small changes or tweaks after delivery. If you need more extensive updates, we’ll talk through options to make sure you’re completely happy with the final product.

Question 3

What software does Pamela use for video and audio editing? Will the final files work for my application?

Accepted Answer

Pamela uses industry-standard professional editing software, primarily Final Cut Pro. Final files are delivered in the format best suited for your platform—whether that’s YouTube, social media, podcast hosting, or personal sharing. If you’re unsure what format you need, Pamela will help you decide.

Question 4

How long does a typical editing project take?

Accepted Answer

Turnaround time depends on the scope of your project, but most video and audio edits are completed within 5–10 business days. If you have a tight deadline or special request, just let Pamela know and she’ll do her best to accommodate your timeline.

Question 5

Do I need to know exactly what I want before I hire you?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Many clients come with just an idea or a folder of clips. Pamela helps shape the concept and suggest a flow that fits your message or memory. You don’t need to have everything figured out—just bring what you have and go from there.

Question 6

How much do editing services cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing varies depending on the length, type, and complexity of your project. After discussing your needs, Pamela provides a clear quote with no surprises. Small memory videos and podcast episodes start at very accessible rates.

Question 7

What types of content can I send you for editing?

Accepted Answer

You can send phone videos, voice memos, photos, podcast recordings, Zoom calls, and more. Physical photos can also be accepted for scanning on a case-by-case basis. If originals are mailed in, return shipping costs are added to the final invoice.
